Villa Letizia offers bright and spacious rooms, furnished in typical Sicilian style, a spacious living room with simple but practical furnishings and a built-in kitchen with its particular majolica mosaic tiles. The sleeping area is made up of two bedrooms, one double and one twin and a bathroom with shower. Without giving up the commodities of everyday life, (SAT TV, DVD player, stereo system, cellar with local wines) the villa offers the opportunity to spend a relaxing holiday, in complete tranquillity and privacy. Villa Letizia also has an annexe with a double room with bathroom with shower.

Villa Letizia is a precious pearl! It is the perfect holidays, with a stunning panoramic view of the sea, close to the beach and large spaces on the outside. Unique due to its ample and landscaped garden, rich with plants and stone paths and embraced by rose coloured mountains. Villa Letizia is surrounded by palm and olive trees and every kind of Mediterranean plant to create a natural background, made lush and striking by the various harmonious terraces of the land. Each of our guests will enjoy privacy to its best, thanks to the different areas available: the panoramic private swimming pool with its sun terrace, a relaxation and children’s area, a covered veranda finely furnished with sofas in natural wood, and a second veranda shaded by pink pepper trees equipped for dining. In addition the house is furnished by a comfortable and well- equipped outside kitchen with barbecue and a traditional wood-burning oven. In the end, a wide and comfortable outside shower made in masonry and a laundry box complete the outdoor furniture.
